Serviced accommodation in the UK is basically the halfway between a hotel and a rental flat. You get a fully furnished place (apartment or house), rented short-term, with hotel-style services integral to the stay. It's one of the higher cash-flowing property strategies available and only works for certain areas and certain properties to be lucrative. Which is just as well we know what works.
