Born and raised on Anglesey, I embarked on a journey with the Royal Air Force at just 16, fueled by a passion for engineering. The over a decade of service shaped me, instilling discipline and igniting my creativity.
My pride swells when I reflect on my military tenure and the exhilarating projects I’ve contributed to, from crafting the world’s largest passenger plane to the design feats behind the world’s fastest car.
Transitioning to civilian life, I carved my path as a self-employed Mechanical Design Engineer, later on founded a thriving mechanical design company.
With my passion in designing and natural flair for aesthetics I found myself diving in into the wonderful world of uk property management.
With nearly two decades entrenched in the realm of property, my passion for diverse projects, ranging from minor redesigns to sweeping renovations, knows no bounds. Eight years ago, I embarked on a journey to cultivate my portfolio by personally renovating properties from holiday lets to homes to rent (Buy-to-Let), a venture that has blossomed into a lucrative business. Today, armed with a team of seasoned experts, we orchestrate seamless renovation projects, propelling our expansion into exhilarating new ventures.
In the first half of 2024, our dynamic property management team is poised for a whirlwind of activity, spearheading three captivating HMO projects in the Midlands, a stunning SA venture in Wales, and an enchanting Holiday Let rental in the North West.
